I am retired from the Air Force Reserves and flew T-38's and KC-10's in the active duty and KC-135's in the Reserves. I am the owner and sole employee of Positive Rate Mortgage and can originate VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Purchase, Construction, Non QM cashout and refinance loans. My mission is to serve my customers with honesty, integrity and competence. My goal is to provide extremely competitive VA, Conventional, Construction, Jumbo and NON QM home loans to my clients. Furthermore, I pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan. I have been in the mortgage origination business since 1998 and licensed since 2003. I have performed well over 3,000 mortgages and like my tag line states - I pride myself on providing great advice, great rates and great service. I am a mortgage broker and sole owner and employee of Positive Rate Mortgage, LLC. As a result, you will have one email and one phone number to call or text at any time, including nights and weekends. Many mortgage companies have high cost structures (big fancy offices, receptionists, processors, branch managers, etc.) coupled with salaries and benefits for all employees and are paid for - indirectly by you - through a higher rate. Since I am the only employee, I keep my cost structure low and pass along the savings to you. The result is a considerable savings on every loan.
